Refund/Cancellation Policy

Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order placement has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once preparation of your order has begun. Cancellation requests prior to food preparation beginning are permissible.

Refunds for already prepared food are generally not allowed, and will only be given on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the owner/manager.
